Delete Your Vinci Brain Account

Sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your Vinci Brain account and what happens to your data afterward.

The fastest way: from inside the app

If you still have Vinci Brain installed, this takes less than a minute:

Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete account.

The deletion happens right away, no waiting on an email back and forth.

Already uninstalled the app?

No problem. You can request deletion by email instead.

Write to us from the email address linked to your Vinci Brain account so we can confirm it’s really you, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Request account deletion by email

This opens your mail app with the subject line already filled in. If you’d rather write it yourself, send your request to [email protected] from your account’s email address.

Optional: if there was something about the app that didn’t work for you, feel free to mention it in your email. It’s not required to process your deletion, just genuinely useful for us if you feel like sharing.

What happens next

What gets deleted: your account, your email, your quiz progress, and your display name (pseudo).
What we may keep, and why: certain purchase-history records, if you ever subscribed, which we’re required to retain for accounting and legal obligations.
How long it takes: we process email requests by hand, so allow a few days for us to verify and delete your account. In-app deletion is immediate.
Confirmation: either way, you’ll get a confirmation once it’s done.
